Gym Membership:
V2 offers 3, 6 or 12 month memberships
V2’s membership enjoys unrivalled attention, guidance and unique training methods in a friendly, professional and enjoyable environment.
Each gym member will do a FREE initial assessment. The assessment may include:
- A series of detailed questions about your exercise and medical history including your resting blood pressure & heart rate
- A functional screening test - Identifies muscular imbalances
- Each member is provided with a series of Strength & Conditioning exercises (programme)
- We offer Yearly, 6 month and 3 month memberships
Personal Training:
Do Personal Training without being a member
We deliver results whatever your goal. If your goal is weight loss, body fat reduction, increasing strength/size we have a wealth of experience, sports science based knowledge and attention to detail that will get you beyond your expectations.
Your workouts will be fun, unique and highly productive as we implement current scientific based research and techniques often associated with athletes.
Through exercise we will use certain techniques to correct and strengthen areas of weakness that help avoid injury and prepare the body as you develop your fitness and strength through further phases of progression.
When not seeing us for Personal Training we will design a programme for you to do either at your home or at another gym
- Individual Personal Training (1-1)
- Semi-Private Training (Groups of 2-4 people)
Nutrition:
At V2 we provide a nutrition package that is a lifestyle change not a FAD diet. This is a detailed yet simple to follow package that has been designed from an endless amount of research and practical experience.
The V2 nutrition guide includes:
- 1 hour consultation that explains the principles of the eating lifestyle
- Anthropometric measures (body fat), height, weight and body circumferences
- V2 nutrition guide pdf document for your records
- A minimum of 4 weeks food diary analysis and recommendations
- Re-take anthropometric and body circumference measures after approx 8 weeks
A healthy eating lifestyle can help with weight management, decreases risk of some cancers, diabetes, high cholesterol and coronary artery disease.
